Havana Enclave proudly participates in Floridas Live Local Act, a state program that helps working Floridians find quality, affordable housing closer to where they work.
Through this program, we offer reduced rental rates to households that meet certain income requirements.
Who Qualifies?
To qualify, your household income must meet the programs guidelines.
At Havana Enclave:
- A portion of residences are reserved for households earning up to 80% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- Additional residences are available for households earning up to 120% AMI
How Do I Apply?
The process is simple. Our leasing team will help you complete an income verification as part of your application.
You may be asked to provide documents such as:
- Your most recent tax return or 1040
- Recent pay stubs
- W-2s
- Other acceptable proof of income
These documents help us confirm that your household meets the programs income requirements.
