Havana Enclave proudly participates in Floridas Live Local Act, a state program that helps working Floridians find quality, affordable housing closer to where they work. Through this program, we offer reduced rental rates to households that meet certain income requirements.
Who Qualifies?
To qualify, your household income must meet the programs guidelines. At Havana Enclave, the program is available to households earning up to 80% of the Miami-Dade County Area Median Income (AMI).
How Do I Apply?
The process is simple. Our leasing team will help you complete an income verification as part of your application.
You may be asked to provide documents such as:
- Your most recent tax return or 1040
- Recent pay stubs
- W-2s
- Other acceptable proof of income
These documents help us confirm that your household meets the programs income requirements.

*Income limits are based on the Miami-Dade County AMI guidelines set by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. These limits may be updated annually.
