Welcome! We're excited to have you here! Whether you're a current resident or an interested prospect, we want to make it easy to understand what your rent includes and what may constitute additional fees. To help with this, we've created a fee list below so you can quickly see what fees may apply in addition to your base rent.
To help budget your total monthly cost, use the list below to quickly see what fees may apply in addition to your current rent. All final fees and charges will be disclosed in your lease agreement. If you have any questions, please contact us.

All fees are paid to the property unless indicated by the <> symbol. All fees are non-refundable unless a fee is explicitly identified as refundable.
Security Deposit is subject to change based on screening results; total security deposit(s) will not exceed the allowable legal maximum.
Resident is responsible for maintaining renters' insurance pursuant to the Lease. Some fees may not apply to all apartment homes subject to specific program requirements. Resident is responsible for damages that exceed ordinary wear and tear pursuant to the Lease. Some items may be taxable under applicable law. This disclosure does not modify the lease. Additional fees may apply in specific cases as detailed in the application and/or Lease, which can be requested prior to the application process. All fees are subject to the terms of application and/or Lease. Residents may be responsible for activating and maintaining utility services, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, and internet, as specified on the Lease.
